A 2004 graduate of Brigham Young University (Provo, UT),  Katie Bills-Tenney has been teaching at Bellbrook High School since 2005. She teaches freshman English at all levels and advises the high school newspaper, Eagle View.  Ms. Bills-Tenney earned a Master of Arts in Teaching through the Ohio Writing Project at Miami University in July 2012. She is also a certified Gifted Intervention Specialist via the Sugarcreek Cohort Program through Wright State University. Before transferring to BYU in 2001, Ms. Bills-Tenney earned an Associate degree in Music Performance and Education with a flute emphasis from Ricks College (since renamed BYU-Idaho) in Rexburg, ID. Current pastimes include reading, cooking, spending time with family and friends, working out, and traveling.
