Kindergarten Registration for the
2024-2025 School Year Opens March 4!

PLEASE NOTE: We are in a transition and the enrollment process might take
longer than the normal 48 business hours from the time ALL enrollment
materials and documents have been received.
The enrollment staff will be available for questions and in-person appointments
on Wednesdays.
To start the Kindergarten registration process:
1.) Please click here to create a FinalForms parent account. Please click on "Add student" and be sure to click "Create Student" in order to save.
2.) Please upload copies of your student's Birth Certificate, two proofs of residency, immunization records, and a parent driver's license to your student's documents folder in FinalForms.
We have two Kindergarten programs for 2024-2025:
Every Other Day (also known as Purple/Gold) OR 5-Day (All-Day, Every-Day) tuition-based program.
Every Other Day Program - Students attend all day on a daily rotation. GOLD program attends Mondays, Thursdays and assigned Wednesdays. PURPLE program attends Tuesdays, Fridays and assigned Wednesdays. Click here to view the full calendar.

Families who desire Purple/Gold Kindergarten have now completed the registration process once the above requirements have been met.
Families requesting the 5-day, All-Day, Every-Day, tuition-based program will continue to Step 3. 3.) Complete this Google form ONLY if you are
requesting a spot in the 5-day, All-Day, Every-Day, tuition-based program. Failure to provide all registration and the deposit documentation will forfeit the 5-day program spot.
- This form will open on March 4, 2024. Spots will be available in the order they are
received.
- The 5-day program requires a $100 non-refundable deposit payable by check or credit card.

April 15, 2024, is the deadline to confirm your student's spot in Kindergarten. The Google form must be completed, all required registration documentation, and the $100 deposit made. After April 15, 2024, the 5-day, All-Day, Every-Day, tuition-based program will be on a first-come, first-served basis until it reaches capacity. Once it reaches capacity, your student will be placed on a waiting list.
Tuition Information for the 5-Day, All-Day, Every-Day, Tuition-Based Program
Students attend five days a week. There is a yearly tuition cost of $3,600 broken down into nine-monthly payments of $400. Non-payment will be grounds for removal from the program and placement into the Purple/Gold program. The $100 deposit will be applied toward your first payment.
If payment is made in full by July 31, 2024, you will receive $200 off of the yearly tuition cost. You can pay this the same way as your deposit (check and mail to the St. Pierre Education Center or by credit card by calling 937-848-5011 ext. 6112.)
If you plan to make monthly payments, this will be through the PaySchool Central online portal or the app (there is a small processing fee). The first payment is due August 1. All tuition payments are due the first day of each month, August through April.
Your tuition does NOT cover the cost of field trips, school supplies, student fees, and daily lunches.
Tuition will be waived for students who qualify for the Free Lunch program. Tuition will be reduced by 50% for those students who qualify for the Reduced Lunch program. Please be sure to fill out the form after it is available on July 1. It will be linked here when available.
Mrs. Keeton will be confirming placement in June 2024. You will receive an email from Mrs. Keeton confirming placement and the assigned orientation date/time.
