Hello! My name is Jenny Kaffenberger. I currently work as the school nurse at Bellbrook High School, and Bellbrook Middle School. I have had the pleasure of working as a school nurse, our district's first nurse, since 1995. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University in 1982, a Master's Degree in Maternal Child Health Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 1987 and school nurse certification from Wright State University in 1995. Prior to school nursing, I worked as a labor and delivery nurse in several hospitals, taught childbirth classes and cared for pregnant and parenting teens in a rural county in Maine. When my sons were young, I volunteered in the clinics in our elementary buildings for many years and thus, decided to return to college for the school nursing certification program. It has been my joy and pleasure to work as a school nurse for the last 17 years. I look forward to a safe and healthy year for all.
