Kids & Science Club

Kids ‘N Science is a club open to 8^th graders who are interested in teaching science lessons to younger learners. We meet during the school day and present science lessons to students at our elementary schools. Students also have the opportunity to assist our science teachers, specifically, with the 7^th grade dissections.This is considered a service and leadership club. Members will prepare and then present the science lessons.

Because these activities are during the school day, students will miss some of their classes. Therefore, members must get parent approval so parents know they will be missing some of their classes, and they are responsible to make up any missed work. Also, students must have teachers’ approvals to miss their classes, and must stay in good academic standing.
