Parents: Please review the packet prior to making a decision about nominating your child.  If you decide to nominate your child for assessment to determine whether or not he or she meets the criteria for giftedness per the definition set forth by the Ohio Department of Education, sign the attached "Permission to Test" form, and return it to Stephen Bell Elementary's Main Office on or before Friday, February 4, 2011.
