During this one-week, residential learning experience high school junior, seniors and incoming college freshman will learn about the specific behaviors and actions of exemplary leadership; how to develop, lead, and participate in highly effective teams; and examine how critical skills such as communication, self-awareness, and conflict resolution impact leadership and your ability to lead others.
