Welcome to the 29th Annual Bellbrook Invitational! This event will be held on September 16, 2017 at The Miami Valley South Stadium, 3757 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Bellbrook Ohio.
We will be hosting 19 Bands with the opening ceremonies for the first half at 3:30p and starting at 3:45p. The first half will feature classes, A, AA, and AAA. Awards will begin at 5:45p. The second half will start at 6:30p and will feature classes, AAAA, Open and Exhibition. Awards will begin at 9:15p.
This year we are excited to host a Food Truck Rally and will provide the concessions for our guest. We will also offer limited concessions such as hotdogs, chips, baked goods, and soft drinks.
Tickets: General Admission $9. Students (under 10) and Seniors (Over 60) $6.
Children under 6 are free
Putting on the Invitational takes a complete team effort. We have plenty of ways that you can give your time and talents to help make this event successful. Please visit the Charms site HERE to volunteer.

Remember to check your email for updated amounts and adjustments for your child, as well as any questions or information you may need.
The Bellbrook Music Boosters is looking for a donation of a timeshare or condo for a week as a raffle prize in conjunction with this spring's Euchre Tournament fundraiser. This is tax deductible, and doesn't need to be donated by a music parent - anyone can donate.
