Senior Spotlight Returns
The Senior Spotlight has returned. We want to share your senior’s accomplishments. If you are interested in our Senior Spotlight, then parents or guardians please email [email protected] and share a photo of your senior, their activities, (sports, clubs, jobs) and their plans after graduation. If it’s college, where are they going and what’s their major? If it’s entering the workforce, what field are they entering? Military - what branch? If it’s travel, where are they going? Let’s show the community everything our wonderful seniors are going to be up to!

College Signing Night
April 28 at 8 p.m., we celebrate our athletes and their commitments to playing at the next level. Come join our short ceremony in the high school gym.

Anastasia Runs May 1-3 at High School
Catch one of four amazing performances of Anastasia. Our Bellbrook High School theater department is bringing you Anastasia this year as its Spring musical. Performances are May 1-3 at 7 p.m. and a 2 p.m. show May 3, as well. Purchase tickets here. 

Stephen Bell Art Show
The Stephen Bell art show will be from 6 to 8 p.m. May 5 at the school. Come and see what our youngest artists have created throughout the school year.

Fundraiser for Family of Preschool Teacher
Karen Moulton a beloved member of our preschool, leaves behind five children of her own and hundreds of families she has touched as an early childhood educator when she passed away recently from a long battle with illness. If you would like to support the please see our flyer

1st Day School Supplies provided supply boxes as a fundraiser through the PTO. They can be purchased right now and save you time this summer. Get them here!

District Replacing Remind With ParentSquare
The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Local School District is excited to announce that it will be moving to ParentSquare beginning in the 2025-26 school year to replace the Remind notification app. Read more about the change here.

DINE OUT
Eat at Elsa’s from April 28 to support the lacrosse teams. A portion of event sales goes to the team. 

Eat at Elsa's from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on April 29 at the Wilmington Pike Location and a portion of the proceeds go to the PTO. 

Eat at Raising Canes to support the Cross Country Teams. From 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 2, the XC teams will receive a portion of sales. Mention the fundraiser. 

Eat at Chipotle from 5 to 9 p.m. May 6 at the Wilmington Pike location to support the lacrosse teams. A portion of event sales goes to the team. 

Eat at Raising Canes on May 7 to support the Music Boosters. Mention the flyer, and 15 percent of sales go to the Music Boosters. Indian Ripple Road location
 
Eat at BIBIBOP May 7 to support Bellbrook Theater. A portion of sales will go to the theater department. Online or in-person, show flyer or get code.

Eat at Chipotle on June 2 to support Bellbrook Theater. From 5 to 9 p.m. at the Wilmington Pike location a portion of sales will go to the Theater Department.

Eat at Chipotle to support the Cross Country Teams. From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 3, the XC teams will receive a portion of sales. Mention the fundraiser. 

Eat at Panda Express June 11 and support the Music Boosters. A portion of sales go to the boosters for either dine-in or carry-out. Get code or bring flyer. Cornerstone Blvd. location.

CLUBS, COMPETITIONS AND EVENTS
The Bellbrook Music Booster Euchre Tournament Fundraiser will be May 10! Spaces are limited. Pre-registered players will be seated first, then it will be opened up to walk-in players. More info in the Flyer

The Bellbrook Garden Club is hosting its annual plant sale on May 17 from 9 a.m. to noon at Sugarcreek Elementary. Proceeds support community programs.

YOUTH SPORTS
Bellbrook's Youth Sports Camps are now open for registration. We have camps for girls basketball, boys basketball, football, softball, soccer, volleyball, cross country and cheerleading. To check out dates and times, cost, and to register, click here. 

Wee Eagles Cheerleading. Grades K-6 for Fall 2025 Registration open until May 1. Uniform fitting May 6-7 from 6 to 8 p.m. 

Junior Golf Camp. For any rising 5th to 8th grade golfers. Practices and matches from June to October, Mondays and Wednesdays, Pay as you go.
 
Competition Cheer Tryouts. Rising 4th to 6th graders. 4 to 5:30 p.m. May 12-16 at the BCI gym. Parent meeting May 12. Signup by May 10.

SUMMER CAMPS
Camp Invention, a STEM camp for grades K-6, will be held June 23-27 at Bell Creek Intermediate from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For cost, see flier.
