Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Schools has a rich tradition in athletics and looks forward to continuing that tradition this coming school year. It is our hope that participation in the Bellbrook Athletic Programs is a rewarding experience for both you and your athlete.
Below you will find pertinent information regarding the structure of the Bellbrook Athletics Participation Fees. Should you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Athletic Department at 937-848-3737, ext. 2904.
Starting in the fall of 2020, athletic participation fees will be as follows: Grades 7 and 8 will be $200 per athlete, per sport. Grades 9-12 will be $300 per athlete, per sport. There is no longer a family cap.
At the completion of all team rosters, students will be responsible for the assigned participation fee on the scheduled
dates below.

Students not meeting the payment period deadline as scheduled above, will be ineligible for participation in the interscholastic athletic program.
Refunds will not be given after the payment deadline date. Additionally, refunds will not be given for the following reason: student quits the activity, the student is dismissed from the activity, or the student becomes academically ineligible during the course of the activity. Special circumstances will be reviewed by the Athletic Director.
