2) Physical on File - Athletes must have an up-to-date physical on file before they can try out or participate.
Physicals are good for 13 months.
Once the physical form is filled out and signed by a physician
it can be scanned with the camera on your phone
a physical into Final Forms.
Physicals can also be dropped off in the black drop box next
to the HS athletic office or can be scanned

3) Participation Fees - Starting in the fall of 2020.
Middle School = $200 per athlete per sport.
High School = $300 per athlete, per sport.
There is no longer a family cap.
Checks made out to "Bellbrook Athletics" can be dropped
off in the black drop box at the HS at any time.
Fees can also be paid with a credit card over the phone
(8:30-4pm, weekdays) by calling 937-848-3737 ext.2904.

The athletic department offers 23 Varsity sports (12 girls/11 boys), and 28 Jr. Varsity/Freshman sports
(15 girls/13 boys) combined.
