Flyers and Public Advertisements

If you wish to submit flyers or public advertisements for posting in our schools or to our community, please email [email protected] and include a copy of your flyer. It will be reviewed by district staff for approval and posted where appropriate. 

Please note: flyers cannot be submitted to the buildings directly, they must go through our approval process first. Also, except in very rare circumstances, only Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community organizations and events will be approved. Thank you!

July 8-11 at Centerville High School. Grades K to 5. Learn to play tennis with friends. Space is limited
For ages 4-16 with different abilities for an adapted Triathlon. $25 per child - includes a T-shirt*, medal, goodie bag, and family pool party after triathlon.
Teen Painting classes with Cheryl Kerns will be held June 13 and July 11 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Winters Library. Grades 6-12.
There will be a Pokemon Go Adventure at Sweet Arrow Reserve from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. June 25 for grades 6-12. Registration required.
A different activity every Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. June 7 to July 19 for grades 6-12 at the library. No registration required. Show up and have fun!

Learning Tree Farm registration is open until July 1. Camp runs from July 8 to 25. Different theme each week.

TOPSoccer is a soccer league for individuals with special needs for players ages 5 and up. Informational meeting will be held at 7 p.m. June 26 at the Centerville Library on Spring Valley Pike
Volunteer Babysitters needed in June for the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Support Center. Get your community service hours!
Boys and girls youth soccer camp for grades K-8 will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. July 15 to 17 at the stadium. See flyer for more details.
