This page is ONLY for parents whose students live within the district but attend non-public schools. Please start by reading this Letter from the School Board with information about our policies.
If, based upon the information contained in the letter above, you determine that you qualify for non-public transportation, please fill out the forms below to register your student. All forms should be filled out and returned to the Transportation Office.
Transportation requests to Incarnation School were required to be submitted by August 5, 2022, in order for transportation to be provided at the beginning of school for the 2022/2023 school year.
