We will provide positive reinforcement and repetition in building skill sets and softball IQ that will lead to successful teamwork. We will surround the program with great people whose focus is cultivating a winning character through effective communication and love. Our 2024 Seniors collaborated to develop season objectives including:
- Make Eagle Pride tangible - Be accountable, Be aggressive, Be selfless
- Leave a Legacy - Love an Underclassman and Recruit to the Program
- Win the Southwestern Buckeye League
We announced the program Captains in February 2024 whose focus is to demonstrate servant leadership. Congratulations to Sydney Burchfield (2024), Lainey Schleich (2025), and Bri Vermillion (2026) for receiving support from both their teammates and coaches to serve as the 2024 Bellbrook Softball Program Captains.
